Shipwreck diving – Palawan, Philippines

            The Philippines are home to many beautiful diving sites. One of these is located at Coron at Palawan Island where more than 11 WW2 shipwrecks are scattered along the ocean floor. If you are a fan of diving and don’t have your licence yet, Philippines are a great and affordable to do your course and receive certification. If you already have your license, then you have nothing standing in your way to start exploring the magical underwater world of Palawan. There are numerous companies offering kit hire, boat trips, and complete packages so you will easily find a company with an offer that suits your needs.

 

 

Surfing – Sri Lanka

            Sri Lanka is a small island South of India, and is well known for its beautiful scenery, nature, culture, and of course the waves. Good thing about surfing in Sri Lanka is that you don’t have to book any tours or worry in advance. It’s easy just to go to a beach, find locals who rent out boards and go for it! Many locals will also offer to teach you surfing basics if you’re new to the sport. It’s an affordable way to get to know the technique in a few hours and then go out with your friends and practice. Sri Lanka offers variety of surf-spots ranging from beginner-friendly to advanced skilled surfers. If you like to plan in advance and aim for an adventurous holiday throughout, you can find accommodation at local surf-houses which will provide you with boards, lessons, and convenient accommodation near great surfing spots.

 

 

Macau Tower Jump – Macau, China

            Bungee jumping is a thrilling experience on its own, but what if you could upgrade it? In Macau you can jump off the AJ Hackett Macau Tower and free fall down 233 meters, making this the world’s highest commercial bungee jump. There are day jumps and night time jumps available to get different view of the city. The technology used within the guide cables ensures the jumpers don’t come in contact with the tower and also allow for jumps in all weather conditions. This jump will definitely test your height freight and will send you screaming as you fall.
